  1. How long is the accreditation process?

    After submitting the accreditation form, someone from our team will be coordinating with you within or less than 24 hours.

  2. What are the requirements for accreditation?

    Secure the photocopied and scanned copies of the following: Individual Broker -PRC ID -PRC Certificate -HLURB ID and Certificate -Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303 VAT or Non-VAT) -Official Receipt -Fully Accomplished Accreditation Form Brokerage/Corporation -PRC ID and Certificate of Licensed Broker Representative -HLURB ID and Certificate -General Information Sheet -SEC Documentation of the Company -Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303 VAT or Non-VAT) -Official Receipt -Authority to Print (BIR Form 1921) -Fully Accomplished Accreditation Form

  3. How long is the accreditation period?

    Accreditation is good for six (6) months. Afterwards you will need to renew your accreditation.

  4. How do I renew my accreditation?

    To renew your accreditation, you will need to attend our Brokers Orientation Program as a refresher course.

  5. I do not have the complete requirements with me yet but I already have a prospect and need marketing materials. Can I get accredited prior to the submission of some requirements?

    Yes, the rest of the requirements may be submitted at a later date, particularly on or before the date of first sale. Complete broker documents are required for commission processing.

  1. How do you process the commission?

    A schedule is followed for the release of commission, which is discussed during the Brokers Orientation Program. Once a commission is due for a certain account, brokers must inform their respective managers about the commission in order to process the commission forms. Nevertheless, commissions are automatically filed/requested via the broker coordinator.

  2. I submitted a sale recently. How do I know if I am entitled to an incentive?

    Mechanics are provided for each incentive program of Megaworld Brokers Network and are discussed during Brokers Orientation Program.

  1. What is the documentation procedure for holding/closing a unit?

    Verify unit availability with your Broker Managers and/or Broker Coordinators. Holding of units should be done once documents for closing are already being finalized. Holding of units for local clients is good for two (2) hours; for international clients, twenty four (24) hours. In order to close the unit, present the complete reservation documents, either scanned or original copy, to Megaworld Brokers Network.
